How can we
do this ?
Due to the
positive tax regime where we are based in Spain (EU), you are able to
save a lot of money on your tobacco and avoid excessive taxation in
your home country by buying your tobacco & cigarettes through us.
All products are already being taxed in the country of origin. In most
countries you are able to buy and import up to 200 cigarettes (1 carton)
at a time.

All offered products by us are original and of the highest quality available
on the market. They are the same as the brands you buy from your local
shop. You will find this to be true the first time you light up !
It is legal
You are allowed to buy a certain quantity or certain amount of tobacco
online as long as it carried out within the international postal regulations
You will not be charged for any duty tax for buying and importing up
to 200 cigarettes (1 carton) at a time at some countries. We highly
recommend that you consult your local tax office. When you order more
than one carton of cigarettes you will receive the cartons in separate
packages. We will not disclose any information of our clients to third
parties and the data will not be used for advertising campaigns or any
other promotional activities. In the case of (illegal) seizure of your
order by the customs of your country due to impulse actions of their
own (ordering large volumes on a regular basis), we take no responsibility
and according to these terms we are not forced to refund your money
or reship your seized order. We do not supply clients that we suspect
are buying to resell.
Delivery
All orders are sent from Spain and we deliver only in the European Union.
All orders are sent by certified mail which requires a signature at
delivery. When you are not at home during the delivery you will be able
to collect the package at your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot
inform you when the order will arrive exactly as the order can not be
tracked. Time of delivery may vary between 10 and 15 working days depending
on the national post service and distance. When you order more than
one carton than you will receive each carton separately. It is possible
that you receive them on different days. All orders will be dispatched
within three working days.
How much can
I order ?
You can order up to four cartons at a time. When you order more than
one carton you will receive each carton separately. It is possible that
you receive them on different days. All orders will be dispatched within
three working days of order. Time of delivery may vary between 7 and
10 working days depending on the national post service and distance.
Do I have guarantee
?
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us.
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you are unsatisfied,
return the unwrapped, unused merchandise in new condition within 15
days and we will exchange the merchandise. In case of loss and / or
damage of your order we will not authorise any refund or reshipment
until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete
these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices
tracking procedure. These terms are only valid when delivery can be
done correctly in your home country.
We have paid
all local taxes for you. How do you know? Simple. All the goods you
receive will have a stamp which looks like the picture above. This is
the official stamp placed on all tobacco goods bought in Spain meaning
that the goods have been purchased legally from an official establishment.
If you buy cigarettes from Spain which don´t have this stamp,
it´s not legal.

business. Most of our competitors will not send orders of less than
£120.00 A big risk if you have not been recomended. We allow all
our clients to order a pouch at a time if they wish thats only £4
